  • Sharique Hasan Co-founder of Innovate Delhi and an Assistant Professor at Stanford GSB. He is an expert in social network analysis, careers, and organizational theory. His research has been published in leading computer science, management and sociology journals. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a PhD in management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is passionate about combining social science and technology to tackle the most challenging problems facing society.

  • Rem Koning Co-founder of Innovate Delhi and third year Stanford GSB PhD student. He uses novel computational tools to study inter-organizational collaboration, high-growth entrepreneurship, and crowdfunding. Rem holds a Bachelors of Arts in Statistics and a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from the University of Chicago. A dropout of Columbia University's Masters in Architecture program, he brings design thinking and bleeding edge analytic methods to problems of venture design and innovation.

  • Ponnurangam Kumaraguru (PK) Co-founder of Innovate Delhi, Assistant Professor, and the Hemant Bharat Ram Faculty Research Fellow at IIIT-Delhi. He received his PhD in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include Privacy, e-Crime, Online Social Media, and Usable Security. His PhD thesis helped the award winning start-up Wombat Security Technologies get off the ground. He is actively working with budding entrepreneurs to convert their technological ideas into products and services.

  • Avinash Raghava is the Chief Evangelist for ProductNation.in - an organization dedicated to the development of the Software Product Startups ecosystem in India and a Fellow of iSPIRT. He has over 16 years of leadership experience in the technology sector with a focus on the web, mobile, and interactive marking space. Prior to starting iSPIRT, Avinash was the AVP of Corporate Development at One97 Communications and Director of EMERGE-Products Forum at NASSCOM. He is a graduate of Delhi University with a Bachelor of Commerce.

  • Anuradha Das Mathur is a Founder and Director of 9.9 Media - one of India’s fastest growing niche media companies. Prior she ran Businessworld, India’s most widely-read business magazine. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, the future of media, political economy and professional women's issues. In 2009 she was a FORTUNE magazine & US State Department Global Emerging Women Leader fellow. She volunteers with PRADAN, the Young India Fellowship, and is passionate about professional women and their development. She holds a BA from Delhi University and a MA from Trinity College, University of Cambridge.

  • Manish Gupta is Vice President at Xerox Corporation and Director of Xerox Research Centre India. Previously, Manish has served as a Managing Director, Technology Division at Goldman Sachs in India and Director at IBM Research - India. From 2001 to 2006, he served as a Senior Manager at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York, where he led the team developing system software for the Blue Gene/L supercomputer. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and a PhD from Urbana Champaign. Manish was named an ACM Fellow in 2012.

  • Pankaj Jalote is the director of IIIT-Delhi and Microsoft Chair Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering. He has authored acclaimed books and articles on Computer Engineering and Distributed Computing. He was formerly an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park, a Vice President at Infosys and a Visiting Researcher at Microsoft. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, an MS from Penn State, and PhD in CS from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

  • Jeffrey Pfeffer is the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford GSB. He has authored over a dozen books on management and organizations and published over 100 articles on topics ranging from leadership to strategy to team-work. His worked has been featured in Harvard Business Review, CBS, CNBC, and The Washington Post . His recent research examines how people use power in organizations. He holds a PhD from Stanford GSB.

  • Surendrakumar Bagde is an officer in the Indian Administrative Service. He is currently Private Secretary to the Home Minister in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Previously he was Director of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance and joint-CEO of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. He is an expert on entrepreneurship in India’s software industry. He is a gold medalist with a B.E. from VJTI in Mumbai and PhD in Applied Economics from Carnegie Mellon.

  • William Barnett is the Thomas M. Siebel Professor of Business Leadership, Strategy, and Organizations at Stanford GSB. He is an expert on competition among organizations and how industries from banking to software to semiconductors evolve globally. He has authored numerous cases and articles, including studies of Facebook, Hyundai and NetApp. He holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
